Services of process

Standard Services - We make every effort to attempt service within 72 hours of receipt, including three diligent attempts per defendant per case (morning, afternoon, and evening), with at least one attempt on a weekend. 

Rush Service - We make three service attempts within 48 hours of receiving your request. If we can't complete service within that timeframe, we'll await your further instructions. Please note, additional fees apply for service beyond the initial attempts. 

Priority Service - We'll make three attempts to serve your documents within 24 hours of receiving them. If we can't complete service within that initial timeframe, we'll need your further instructions to proceed. Please note, additional fees apply for any service beyond these first attempts. 

Bad Address - Should the address be vacant, the documents will be returned. If the address is occupied and we're informed the individual doesn't reside there, we'll provide a notarized affidavit of our findings.  

Alternate Service Order -  If the defendant is evasive, we'll provide a detailed, notarized affidavit of our findings. Once the court returns your alternate service order, we'll post it immediately upon receipt. This is included in your Standard Service Fee.
